Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar Arrival
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport or Jammu Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel or deluxe houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, covering Char Chinar, Floating Gardens, and scenic canals. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of the famous Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Later, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake and admire the stunning beauty of Srinagar, often referred to as the "Venice of the East." Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Gulmarg (2,440 meters above sea level), one of the most beautiful hill stations in India. Famous for its lush meadows, golf course, and winter sports, Gulmarg offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. You may also enjoy the Gondola Ride (at your own cost) to Khilanmarg. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold." Situated at an altitude of 2,690 meters, Sonmarg is one of the most scenic destinations in Kashmir and serves as the gateway to Ladakh. You may enjoy a horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier (at your own cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, one of Kashmir's most beautiful hill destinations. Visit Chandanwari and enjoy spectacular views of the Lidder Valley. Later, explore the picturesque Aru Valley, located about 15 km from Pahalgam. You may also dress in traditional Kashmiri attire for memorable photographs. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 6: Pahalgam to Katra
After breakfast, drive towards Katra, the base camp for the holy Vaishno Devi Temple. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Later, begin your pilgrimage to the sacred Vaishno Devi Shrine. The trek covers approximately 28 km (round trip). Overnight stay in Katra.
Day 7: Vaishno Devi Darshan – Katra – Amritsar
After completing Vaishno Devi Darshan and returning to Katra, relax for some time. Later, proceed towards Amritsar (approximately 257 km / 6 hours). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 8: Amritsar Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the famous Golden Temple, Akal Takht, and Jallianwala Bagh. In the evening, witness the patriotic Beating Retreat Ceremony at the Wagah Border. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 9: Departure from Amritsar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Amritsar Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey.
